To match up to people’s expectations of what a luxury sedan can offer, Hyundai India has designed Hyundai Accent, packed with a lot of thrills, with a smooth blend of design, a powerful engine and beautiful interiors, offering all that of a mid-sized sedan can pack and more.

EXTERIORS

A fresh looking front grille with unique horizontal slats gives accent an elegant look. The body coloured bumpers, body coloured waistline moulding, body coloured door handles, body coloured ORVMs on both sides, body coloured rear garnish along with tinted glass, rear defogger, clear headlamps and a 6-spoke full wheel cover add to the sporty look and stance of the Accent. The car comes with 175/70 R13 tubeless tyres and a ground clearance of 172mm.

INTERIORS

The wooden finish,delay out interior lamp, trunk boot lamp, clutch foot rest, front door map pockets, leather wrapped steering wheel, leather wrapped TGS knob and the three-spoke steering  amplify the appeal of the car from inside and for a great experience of driving, tilt steering and roof lamp have been added.

ENGINE

The 1.5litre SOHC in-line -4-cylinder diesel engine produces 95PS power and 127Nm of torque and offers superior drivability. The all-wheel independent suspension has been dynamically tuned gives surprising athleticism to the Accent on the roads and on the trickiest surfaces too.

SAFETY

Hyundai Accent provides optimum driver and passenger safety. An original three-box designed passenger cabin is protected  by reinforced steel sections in the front and back, dual side impact bars on all doors and large crumple zones in front and rear. To save passengers from panic braking, anti-submarine seats have been designed that prevents passengers from sliding forward and getting hurt. Dual central door locks, keyless entry, headlamp levelling device, high mount stop lamp, day and night mirror as well as child proof rear door locks along with collapsible steering minimizes risks and make it safer to drive in Hyundai Accent.

FEATURES

Hyundai Accent has integrated features like front and rear power windows, power steering, tilt steering, remote tail gate and fuel filler lid. The Koreans have also added adjustable front seat headrests, fabric inserts on the door trims, air conditioner, cabin heater, low fuel warning lamp, ignition key reminder and a battery saver to make it comfortable and luxurious to drive Accent.
